As an endometriosis warrior, I know first hand the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual toll that chronic health conditions can take—especially when they are misunderstood or overlooked. This personal experience has only deepened my commitment to advocating for whole person care which honors both mental and physical well-being, particularly for women navigating complex reproductive health journeys.
Professionally, I work as a case manager social worker at a local hospital, where I walk alongside individuals and their families navigating complex health and life challenges. I also have the honor of serving on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit committed to serving vulnerable communities. I hold a master’s degree in social work and bachelor’s Biblical Studies, with a minor in Business, which together reflect my holistic approach to care—blending practical support with spiritual encouragement.
I have over five years of professional experience in the field of social work, serving in a variety of settings that have shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the power of compassionate care. My work has included roles in Children and Youth Services and working with survivors of sex trafficking, offering trauma-informed care, advocacy, and support during some of their most courageous steps toward healing.
In addition, my current work experience in the hospital setting has deepened my passion for medical trauma work—an often-overlooked area where emotional pain intersects with physical suffering. I am committed to walking alongside individuals as they process complex medical experiences, helping them find meaning, dignity, and healing through holistic, client-centered care.
My background reflects a deep calling to not only support those in crisis but to advocate for systems and practices that recognize the full impact of trauma on body, mind, and spirit.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hosting friends, spending time outdoors, playing sports, walking my dogs, making music or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee. I believe in creating safe, welcoming spaces for others, and it is truly my joy to walk with you—however long our paths may align—on your unique journey toward healing and hope.
